Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking 12–18 months ahead for weddings and large galas, and 6–12 months for corporate events and private parties. We do occasionally accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we'll confirm our availability.

Do you plan events outside your studio cities? +

Absolutely. We plan events globally — from the Amalfi Coast to the Maldives. A transparent travel fee applies for destinations outside our studio cities, which we discuss during consultation.

What does a typical package include? +

Every package is bespoke. At minimum, all packages include an initial consultation, concept development, vendor sourcing and coordination, timeline management, and on-the-day coordination. Full-service packages cover everything from venue search to post-event wrap-up.

Is the initial consultation free? +

Yes. Your first 45-minute consultation — in-person or via video — is completely complimentary. It's our opportunity to hear your vision and for you to decide whether EvFina is the right fit for your event.

What is your cancellation policy? +

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made more than 90 days before your event receive a partial refund of additional payments. We always handle these situations with care and flexibility.

Do you work with a preferred vendor list? +

We maintain relationships with the finest caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and venue managers worldwide. We'll recommend vendors who best fit your aesthetic and budget, but you're never locked in — we work with your preferred suppliers too.
