A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for all picnic bookings. Larger events and bridal celebrations require four weeks. I sometimes accommodate shorter notice — write to me anyway, and I'll let you know.
All final pricing is confirmed after our consultation — never before. A 30% refundable deposit secures your date and is returned within seven days of your event, provided all rented items are returned in the condition received.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is forfeited but may be applied toward a future booking within six months. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Miami weather is part of Miami. I monitor forecasts from 72 hours out. If rain is likely, you may reschedule at no penalty within our timeline, or I'll arrange an indoor pivot or canopy. Your deposit holds through any reschedule.
Final guest count is due seven days before the event. Increases may be possible depending on inventory — I'll always try. Decreases after the seven-day mark don't reduce the final invoice as ordering and prep are underway.
All linens, ceramics, vases, and styling items are rented from my private collection. Any damaged or missing items will be invoiced separately at replacement value. The deposit is the first source of cover; significant losses are billed beyond it.
I'm based in Miami and travel up to 60 miles at no additional cost — covering most of South Florida from Palm Beach to the Keys. Beyond that, a travel fee applies at $1.25 per additional mile (round trip), plus accommodations if the event requires an overnight stay.
